Wet small areas with Silver Shine sprinkle STRONG PHILERS POWDER and scrub in circular motion until the entire surface is done. On continuation of 3rd & 4th step of polishing repeat application of SILVER SHINE & STRONG PHILERS POWDER for over saturation.
